Warranty Policy

Light Lens Lab aims to satisfy customers with our products. We offer a one-year warranty for all items purchased through our site, covering any defects in the material, calibration, and workmanship.

The warranty, however, does not cover any damage to any product caused by misuse, including but not limited to intentional damage, tampering, disassembly, or any accidental liquid, sand dust, and physical damage (e.g, dropping a lens).

Warranty claims must be made in writing to lightlenslabna@gmail.com within one year (365 days) of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase and a description of the issue. In addition, the warranty will also cover any Shipping charge for 30 days after receiving the product and deeming the product to be defective and a repair is needed.

In the event of a warranty repair, Light Lens Lab's sole obligation is to repair defective items. We are not responsible for any damages caused by your failure to perform your obligations or for any loss of data, profits, or similar consequential damages.
